When you're sick, it's hard to enough to live, let alone consider the numerous options out there to help you.

How much can one person take? How much can a care-taker provide? When you're chronically ill, it's a lot to just get up and get through the day. Still, I'm sure like I did, you meet each day with a renewed attitude to create a life.
Looking back now, I wish I had know what I know now about how the body works and how to help it do what it was created to do - survive. All creatures have been designed through evolution specifically to move through its' existence with minimal effort and resources. The human body has been designed for an existence we used to serve; modern life has removed much of our need to move and altered dramatically the food we consume, but our design hasn't adapted.
We pay a lot of attention to the spirit and the mind; the parts of ourselves that make us who we are. We somehow have forgotten to learn how to take care of the body capsule that carries "us". When you remember, you'll find your spirit can soar and your mind becomes content.
